Questions about the game, a mistake in a question, or a problem in your parish hall: write to help@rftmedia.com and a person will answer.

A question is wrong

Tap Report This Question on the answer screen and say what's wrong. Two reports take a question out of play until clergy check it.

Someone can't join

Check the four-letter code. A game can't be joined once it has started; the host can start the next one. If two people share a name, the second adds a last initial.

The big screen won't show the game

Open the Big Screen link from the host's phone on the TV, projector or laptop. Any current web browser works.
